- Orchestra (Main Floor): The closest seats to the stage. Center orchestra sections offer the most immersive and intimate viewing experience. For concerts, the orchestra floor may be configured as GA standing.
- Mezzanine (Middle Tier): Elevated seating with excellent sightlines. Front center mezzanine seats are considered among the best in the house for a full view of the stage.
- Balcony (Upper Tier): Budget-friendly upper level seats. Center balcony sections have decent views, but the very rear or side balcony can feel quite distant from the stage.
Best sections: Center orchestra (rows A–M) for intimacy; front center mezzanine for a balanced elevated view. Sections to avoid: Rear and side balcony sections for performances where fine stage detail matters. ADA seating is available throughout.

- CTA Blue Line (Rosemont Station): A short walk from the theatre. An excellent, affordable option from downtown Chicago — no parking hassle.
- Rideshare: Uber and Lyft drop-off available in front of the venue on N. River Road.
